MLADEN


Mladen is an entreprenuer and dear friend of mine. Mladen came to me about 3 years ago at the age of 18 with the intention of gaining muscle and attaining a shredded physique. This kid has one of the best transformations I have ever witnessed. With his keen ability to learn and his dire will to succeed, there was nothing that could stop this kid once he got started. After the first year of watching Mladen train under the guidance of my principles I was so impressed with him that I partnered up with him as my main training partner. Together we pushed ourselves to greater heights either of us ever thought possible. WOW!! Latasha's transformation is nothing short of amazing! While working 60+ hours as a doctor she was still able to make it into the gym 2x per day 4-5x a week. 8 MONTHS!? WOW!! Justin was always on the bigger side. With a solid endomorph frame, wide genetic build, and dire will to succeed Justin's transformation combines sheer mass with a splash of shreddedness on the side. Utilizing the Scheerer Ideologies of training Justin combined sarcoplasmic hypertrophy and myofibril hypertrophy to attain a lean 215lbs of scheeredded mass. Justin worked extremely hard, staying precise with his nutrition and training. Justin epitomizes hard work, sacrifice, dedication, and perseverance. BRANDON


Like Mladen, Brandon came to me with questions about how to attain a perfect physique. Brandon was already a personal trainer, but with his eagerness to learn he was able to change his old school thinking, and with the Scheerer ideologies he was able to turn a lean 150lbs into a muscular 170lbs in just less than 10 months. Also dropiing 4-5% bodyfat in the process. Utilizing the sarcoplasmic hypertrophy and myofibril hypertrophy techniques combined he was able to add lean muscle mass and pure strength, as well as elite level conditioning in a short amount of time. This kid is one of the strongest individuals, mentally and physically, I have ever had the opportunity to meet.
